I was able to find the stuff I needed quick. This and that were easy enough to look through, so it didn’t take much time at all.

Getting in was really straightforward, and parking was no hassle at all when I went!!

I went in hoping the showroom would make it easier to picture the furniture and narrow down my options, but the displays felt a bit limited. To be fair, the staff were polite and it wasn’t a bad experience, I just didn’t leave feeling much clearer on what to buy. I expected a showroom visit to be more helpful than browsing online, but it didn’t really add much for me

I ordered a camping chair from tauntonleisure.com, i kind of expected it to be decent based on how sturdy it looked online. So far, that assumption seems right. The fabric feels thick, and the frame doesn’t have that annoying wobble my old chair had. I’ve used it twice already and haven’t had any problems. For the price, I’m happy with the quality.

My order arrived on time, but the outer box had a bashed corner when it got here. I had my brother check it with me, and luckily everything inside was totally fine. Not a huge deal in the end, just worth mentioning.

Customer service sort out my issue quick, and there wasn't any fuss about it. I was expecting it to take longer, but they helps me right away.

Click and collect was okay. My order was ready, so that part was good. Took them a bit to actually find it in the store though. A little waiting around. Staff were friendly enough, so not a bad experience overall...

It was okay overall, but it felt a bit pricey for what you actually get. I don’t mind paying more when the value is there, but I do think they should be more upfront or make sure the quality matches the cost

I ordered from Taunton Leisure and the item itself was absolutely fine, no issues there. The problem came when I needed to return it. I’m always a bit careful with returns, so I made sure I kept all my emails and proof of postage, which I’m glad I did because it took quite a while to get a response. The refund wasn’t especially quick either, and I had to chase them more than once, which got annoying. I wouldn’t say they’re the worst company I’ve dealt with, but based on my experience, I’d be cautious and keep records of everything if you need to send something back. Their returns process definitely needs improving

I wasn’t totally sure if it would match the description exactly, but it really did. Everything looked and worked the way I expected, so no surprises there.
